SR Response: Streamlining infrastructure planning consultation

On September 1, the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government of the UK Government released a consultation on streamlining infrastructure planning. Whilst this consultation most directly impacts England and Wales's planning system, Scottish Renewables highlighted some lessons learned in Scotland as useful context as the UK Government thinks about non-statutory guidance for the pre-application process.
