Women in Wind Connect Panel and Networking Breakfast: Inside the room where it happens

Open to the wider Women in Wind community as well as conference delegates, the panel will bring together women in leadership from across the wind sector to share honest reflections on what happens behind closed doors – from influencing decisions and navigating leadership to building confidence and making your voice heard.

Alongside the panel discussion, there'll be plenty of time to connect with the Women in Wind community over breakfast, meet others from across the sector and continue the conversation through informal networking.

Expect practical career tools, leadership lessons and behind-the-scenes insights to help you navigate your own path in the wind industry.
