Approach to disputes and determinations from the Gate 2 to Whole Queue (G2TWQ) exercise consultation

As part of Connections Reform’s ongoing implementation, Ofgem is consulting on the appropriate approach to appeals arising from G2TWQ decisions as part of project assessments. The additional guidance will complement what is already laid out in Ofgem’s powers for business-as-usual disputes around connections outside of reform.

Scottish Renewables has prepared a draft response and will take any additional feedback until COP Wednesday, November 12 to Holly. The consultation deadline is November 14.
