SR Response: CMP447: Removal of designated Strategic Works from cancellation charges/securitisation code admin consultation

Following Ofgem’s decision to grant Urgency status to the code modification CMP447 that seeks to remove designated, strategic works from Attributable cancellation charges/securities, Scottish Renewables has maintained close involvement in the modification at working group level.  

Following weeks of discussion and a work group consultation, to which Scottish Renewables submitted a response, SR have responded to the final code admin consultation. Our response focuses on requesting the utmost certainty of works to be designated as within scope of the modification for maximum impact.
