SR Response: Energy code reform: Code manager licence conditions and code modification appeals to the CMA

On May 1, Ofgem and DESNZ published a consultation on code manager licence conditions and code modification appeals to the Competition & Markets Authority (CMA), as part of the wider energy code reform. Scottish Renewables response reiterated concerns around conflict of interests for code managers and retaining expertise on security of the network within the new structure.
