ACCOMMODATION
Scottish Renewables works closely with Conference Care to negotiate discounts with local hotels for guests of our events. This year we have secured discounted bed & breakfast rates with the Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Edinburgh City Centre & Leonardo Royal Hotel Edinburgh Haymarket. CHARITY RAFFLE
Each year, The Scottish Green Energy Awards raises thousands of pounds for charities that are helping people through the provision of renewable energy. Suggested minimum donation: £20.

Black tie 

E-TICKET
Closer to the event, table hosts will receive an electronic ticket which includes confirmation of each guest's table number and drinks reception area. Table hosts should forward this on to all table guests. It is essential that all guests show this on a mobile device or print out a copy and bring with them in order to gain access to the venue. Please contact your table host if you do not receive this within seven days of the event.
 
GUEST LIST
A guest list will be available to download closer to the event. All table hosts should ensure they have uploaded their guest names here no later than Thursday 21 November.

MENU & REFRESHMENTS 
Guests will enjoy prosecco and canapes on arrival to the event. All tables include 3 bottles of white and 2 bottles of red wine, iced water, teas, coffees and petit fours. Our locally-sourced, sustainable menu is below:

Starter
Roasted Fife Cauliflower with Hummus, Toasted Pumpkin Seeds, Roasted Red Pepper, Crisp Toast

Main Course
Breast of Chicken, Chive Mash, Campbell’s Haggis Bite, Creamed East Lothian Savoy Cabbage, Black Onion Seeded Laurencekirk Carrots, Port Jus

Roasted Celeriac Steak, Chive Mash, Wilted Spinach, Black Onion Seeded Laurencekirk Carrots, Caper Salsa

Scottish Renewables is committed to sourcing sustainable food from our caterers wherever possible. We would encourage guests to join us in reducing their carbon footprint and in supporting local business by considering requesting the vegetarian or vegan option. If you or any of your guests would like to order the vegetarian or vegan main course please email Rachel Dickie no later than Thursday 21 November. Should you wish to order any additional drinks for your table please complete a drinks pre-order  and return this directly to the EICC by Tuesday 03 December.
