AGM & Member Forum 2026 About the Event

At the AGM, we will set out Scottish Renewables’ current priorities and provide an opportunity for members to put questions to our Senior Leadership Team. The Member Forum is designed to give you a clear overview of the breadth and depth of our work over the past year and the key issues shaping our activity in the year ahead.

Following the AGM and Member Forum, you are invited to join us for a Networking Reception. This will be an opportunity to connect with fellow member organisations, meet the Scottish Renewables team and board. We kindly ask member organisations to limit attendance at the Networking Reception to two representatives.

Proxy Voting

As a member of the Company, you are entitled to appoint a proxy to exercise all or any of your rights to attend, speak and vote at the AGM and you can download the proxy form via this link. You can only appoint a proxy using the procedures set out in these notes and the notes to the proxy form.

To appoint a proxy using the proxy form, the form must be:

• Completed and signed;
• Sent or delivered to the Company at John Morrison, Scottish Renewables, Third Floor, 24 St Vincent Place, Glasgow, G1 2EU;
• Received no later than 17:00 on 6 September 2026.
