The evening will begin at 7pm on Thursday, 20 August at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Glasgow. Tickets include access to the arrival sparkling drinks reception, a three course meal with wine, tea, coffee and petit fours.

Scottish Renewables is committed to sourcing sustainable food from our caterers whenever possible and have worked with the venue to prioritise a seasonal menu using local produce.

Heritage tomato, beetroot and basil cream with a garlic and chilli croute and balsamic glaze (VE & GF)

Main
Garlic and thyme infused chicken, gratin potato, parsnip puree, cumin carrots, tenderstem broccoli, confit shallot, and a peppercorn sauce (GF)

Vegan option: Harissa squash, feta and kale strudel, fondant potatoes, cumin carrots, tenderstem broccoli and a peppercorn cream
