Calum Black
Director, International Tax & Transaction Services, EY
Calum is a Director in EY’s International Tax and Transaction Services Team based in Edinburgh advising on UK and global infrastructure and energy related projects. He has over 19 years of professional experience specialising in tax and focusses on providing transaction tax and tax advisory services to clients. Calum has assisted clients on transactions and development projects covering wind, solar, battery and biogas generation as well as broader generation and infrastructure assets such nuclear, CCGT, transmission and interconnector assets.

Úna Brosnan
Founder & Director, Innovative Climate Solutions
Úna Brosnan is the Founder and Director of Innovative Climate Solutions. A Chartered Civil Engineer based in Scotland, she brings over 25 years of experience in international renewable energy. Her expertise spans engineering, project development, commercial strategy, policy, supply chains, and both emerging and mature markets. She holds several leadership and advisory roles across the energy sector. Úna is a Board Member of RenewableUK, Co-Chair of the FOWEX Delivery Group, and Vice Chair of National Grid’s ED03 Independent Stakeholder Group. In addition to her current work, Úna has co-founded multiple renewable energy ventures, including 17 Energy and Magenta Renewables. She is also a co-presenter of The Revolting Podcast, which explores offshore wind and the broader energy transition.
Úna has been actively involved in floating offshore wind for over a decade. Her experience includes early contributions as Co-Chair of Friends of Floating Offshore Wind, and involvement in key projects such as the Kincardine Offshore Wind Farm and Dounreay Tri during her time at Atkins. More recently, she has served as Special Advisor to the Viento Azul Biobío project in Chile and supports the Global Wind Energy Council (GWEC) as a Steering Group Member for the Floating Offshore Wind Accelerator.

Alasdair Campbell
Managing Director, InfraRed Capital Partners Limited
Alasdair works for InfraRed Capital Partners, a leading Investment Manager in the Infrastructure sector where he leads the renewable energy sector portfolio. InfraRed is part of SLC Management (a Sunlife company) which has over $300 Billion of assets under management globally.
Alasdair has had a 20 year career working in renewables across technologies and geographies where he has been involved in the development, construction and operation of assets as well as the creation, expansion and onward sale of several platform businesses.
His primary focus is now on investments in new energy related companies and projects globally on behalf of the funds which InfraRed manages.

Christian H. Carpenter
Vice President, Leidos
A vice president and associate manager of the Leidos division providing technical advisory and independent engineering services, Christian Carpenter guides the division’s technical, market and transmission analysis capabilities and has a focus on risk management, new business development and client relationship management. His expertise is in transaction support, where he works at the intersection of the technical and financial realms. He has overseen establishment of the organization’s U.K. office, leads Leidos’ offshore wind energy initiative, and oversees strategic partnerships with specialist consultancies in the region.

Euan Dobson
Team Leader for Infrastructure Investment, Scottish Enterprise
Euan currently leads Scottish Enterprise’s Infrastructure Investment team. The team is responsible for helping attract global capital investment into economic infrastructure that will support growth. Amongst the projects the team is working with are a number of significant renewable energy related investments.
Euan has worked on economic infrastructure development for circa 25 years.

Claire Mack OBE
Chief Executive, Scottish Renewables
Claire has been Chief Executive of Scottish Renewables, the representative voice of Scotland’s renewable energy industry, since October 2017. She is responsible for leading the organisation’s work to grow Scotland’s renewables sector and sustain its position at the forefront of the global clean energy industry.
Claire is a member of the First Minister’s Energy Advisory Board and is co-chair of the Renewable Energy Strategic Leadership Group. She is also co-chair of the Scottish Government Marine Energy Industry Group.
Claire is a member of SSEN’s Network for Net Zero Stakeholder Group and a member of the Centre for Work-Based Learning in Scotland Advisory Group.
Claire was awarded the University of Strathclyde’s STELAR award for executive leadership within the industry in 2021 and is also an honorary fellow of the Royal Scottish Geographical Society.
Before joining Scottish Renewables, Claire was Director of Policy and Place at the Scottish Council for Development and Industry. She has previously worked in various roles at Ofcom in Scotland, focusing on economic regulation of telecoms, radio spectrum and the mail market while also looking at developing digital participation of individuals and businesses.

Scott McIntyre

My expertise spans subsea systems manufacturing—including controls, topside systems, XMTs, wellheads, spools, and manifolds—and the deployment of pioneering technologies such as HISEP® subsea CO₂ separation. I am passionate about driving collaboration, optimizing execution strategies, and ensuring cost and schedule certainty in challenging, multi-disciplinary environments. Recognized for combining technical depth with commercial acumen, I deliver safe, efficient, and innovative solutions that create value for clients and stakeholders. Kate Mulvany
Independent Energy Markets Expert
Kate Mulvany is an independent energy strategist specialising in energy markets, infrastructure and regulatory change. She advises investors, energy companies and public bodies on the commercial and strategic implications of market reform, network charging, policy development and economy wide decarbonisation.
With experience spanning power and gas markets, Kate brings a whole system perspective to questions of risk, value and market design across retail, networks, flexibility, generation and investment.
She is a regular media commentator and contributor to industry discussions on energy markets and policy.

Iain Sinclair
Chief Strategy Officer, Maraen
Iain Sinclair is Chief Strategy Officer at Maraen, bringing more than two decades of leadership across energy supply chains. Has held executive roles spanning ports, manufacturing, engineering, construction, fabrication and energy services. Iain led the Port of Nigg’s transformation into a leading offshore renewables hub, delivering critical infrastructure and innovative supply chain solutions for major projects. At Maraen, he drives portfolio wide growth initiatives, major investment programmes and as a recognised industry leader, strengthens alignment and engagement across the energy sector. Iain is a Non-Executive Director at both Renewable UK, OWGP, Mocean Energy and Chair’s the Scottish Offshore Wind Ports Alliance.

Helen White
Head of Commercial Asset Management, Ocean Winds
Helen has experience in global value delivery through commercial asset management, investment appraisals, contract negotiations, process redesign, financial control and operational strategies. She is investment value focused, providing commercial leadership in a lean organisation. She has worked in the energy sector for over 20 years, including five years with Ocean Winds. She is an excellent communicator with a passion for building relationships. She has proven leadership skills and experience in coaching and mentoring.
She is responsible for all aspects of the commercial management of Moray East and Moray West offshore wind farms.
Jenna Williamson
Director - Market Creation (Net Zero), The Scottish National Investment Bank
Jenna spent over 10 years working for the Scottish Government in both a legal and policy capacity, with a focus on the energy sector. As part of the programme team that set up the Scottish National Investment Bank, Jenna has worked for the Bank since its inception and now leads market creation activity in connection with the Bank's Net Zero mission - working with partners across the public and private sector to catalyse investment at scale and generate meaningful impact within areas of strategic importance to the Scottish economy, such as offshore wind.
