Kirsty is currently a Senior Associate at Message Matters, where she advises a range of clients. Prior to this, she served as Head of Communications (UK) for Fred. Olsen Renewables.

Christine McGregor is Managing Director of BayWa r.e. UK Limited, having worked in the renewable energy sector for 9 years across wind, solar PV and battery projects. Previous roles include that of Project Manager and Head of Commercial, and she remains qualified as a lawyer. Christine is a member of the Onshore Wind Industry Taskforce formed by the UK Government.
