The evening will begin at 7pm on Thursday 1 May at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Glasgow. Tickets include access to the arrival sparkling drinks reception, a three course meal with wine, tea, coffee and petit fours.

Scottish Renewables is committed to sourcing sustainable food from our caterers whenever possible and have worked with the venue to prioritise a seasonal menu using local produce.

Smoked applewood cheese & sun blushed tomato tart, caramelised onion, truffle cream cheese, basil oil (V)

Vegan option: Heritage tomatoes, whipped truffle cream cheese, smoked sea salt croutes, aged balsamic reduction & basil dressing
