Guest Details

Four weeks before the event we will send an email to all table bookers. This email will detail important guest information and confirm your room, table number and drinks reception. It will also include a link for you to submit your guest details, including any dietary and accessibility requirements for your guests – this information is essential for us so we can ensure all your guests are catered for.

Hosts

We are delighted to announce award-winning writer, comedian and actor, Marcus Brigstocke will return as host of The Scottish Green Energy Awards, and this year, he will be joined by Rachel Parris. The husband and wife duo will guide guests effortlessly through our evening of recognition and celebration. Read more about our hosts.

Menu

Guests will enjoy prosecco or a soft alternative and canapes on arrival to the event. All tables include 3 bottles of white wine, 2 bottles of red wine and iced water. You can also pre-order additional drinks for your table should you wish to – pre-order your drinks via the online portal

Our sustainable, locally-sourced three-course menu designed by Leith’s at the EICC is below.

Starter
Slow roasted aubergine baba ghanoush, sumac spiced chickpeas, dukkha cauliflower, red pepper gel (vg)

Main
Honey and soy glazed British chicken, charred hispi cabbage, roast carrot, dauphinoise potato, ginger and chilli jus

Vegan Main
Lentil, feta, chickpea wellington, creamed potato, hispi cabbage, roast carrot (vg)

Dessert
Apple and bramble crumble tart, St Jude’s strawberry ice cream, blackcurrant sauce (vg)

Fairtrade tea and coffee with Scottish tablet
