Based in Edinburgh, Thistle Wind Partners (TWP) was founded by DEME Concessions, Qair and Aspiravi in 2020 in order to develop offshore wind farms in Scotland. Following successful ScotWind bids, TWP is now developing a 1GW floating offshore wind farm off Orkney and a 1GW fixed-foundation wind farm off the coast of Aberdeen.
