Health, Safety and Hygiene Measures

The safety of our guests and our staff team is of paramount importance to Scottish Renewables. We want everyone to feel totally confident about attending Scottish Renewables’ Year of COP Reception, or any other Scottish Renewables event.

Our in-person events will be run according to official Scottish Government and local authority guidance in the first instance, as well as any venue-specific regulations. Scottish Renewables’ Year of COP Reception at The Corinthian in Glasgow will follow the measures outlined below:

  • Guests are responsible for undertaking their own health risk assessment and should not travel to the event if:
    - You are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms
    - You have had a recent positive test for COVID-19 within the last 14 days
    - A member of your household or bubble are displaying COVID-19 symptoms or are awaiting COVID-19 test results
    - You have been required to isolate due to being contacted via the NHS Test and Trace App
  • Guests are asked to download the NHS Scotland Test & Protect app (free) in advance of attending this event. A QR code will be available upon arrival to the venue for all guests to scan and complete.
  • Guests are asked to wear a facemask at all times unless you are eating or drinking and, of course, you are exempt for medical reasons.
  • Please do not return your badge or any paperwork at the end of the event. Please take home and recycle where possible.
  • Additional cleaning procedures and hand-sanitising facilities will be available throughout the venue.
