Susie is a leading voice in the UK energy sector with 20 years experience establishing and growing teams to deliver and operate projects across the UK. She is a Partner in the international law firm, CMS, co-chairing its global sector focus on wind and previously held roles including Legal and Business Unit Director at EDF, Managing Director of BlueFloat Energy and Nadara’s offshore portfolioand Vice-Chair of the Offshore Wind Industry Council.

Her experience spans development, construction, operation and decommissioning of large projects including onshore wind, offshore wind, solar, heat and storage.

Susie has a broad executive education, having studied at Yale and Esade as part of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development Sustainability and Leadership Programme and at Edinburgh Business School. She co-founded the Women in Wind Network in 2026, which brings together women in the industry to connect, share and learn together.
