Our key points:

• It is imperative the consenting process for projects which have already submitted planning applications is not adversely impacted by the development of the new planning regime. 
• We support the iterative plan review process and establishment of a Plan Review Steering Group, subject to the comments below. 
• Through that review process we would support the consideration of strategic development options (zones) further outside the Scottish Waters (12nm) limit.
