Scottish Renewables works closely with Conference Care to negotiate discounts with local hotels for guests of our events. This year we have secured discounted bed & breakfast rates with the Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa, Apex City of Edinburgh Hotel & Leonardo Royal Hotel Edinburgh Haymarket. For further information and to book, please click here. Please note this offer is for guests of The Scottish Green Energy Awards only.
Each year, The Scottish Green Energy Awards raises thousands of pounds for charities that are helping people through the provision of renewable energy. This year, the event will support Renewable World and Scotland Lights Up Malawi. Click here to read more about these organisations. Suggested minimum donation: £20.
Closer to the event, table hosts will receive an electronic ticket which includes confirmation of each guest's table number and drinks reception area. Table hosts should forward this on to all table guests. It is essential that all guests show this on a mobile device or print out a copy and bring with them in order to gain access to the venue. Please contact your table host if you do not receive this within seven days of the event.
A guest list will be available to download closer to the event. All table hosts should ensure they have uploaded their guest names here no later than Thursday 22 November.
You can find out more about this year's host, Hardeep Singh Kohli, here.
Guests will enjoy prosecco and canapes on arrival to the event. All tables include 3 bottles of white and 2 bottles of red wine, iced water, teas, coffees and petit fours. Our locally-sourced, sustainable menu is below:
