Closer to the event, table hosts will receive an electronic invitation which includes confirmation of each guest's table number and drinks reception area. Table hosts should forward this on to all table guests. It is essential that all guests show this on a mobile device or print out a copy and bring with them in order to gain access to the venue. Please contact your table host if you do not receive this within seven days of the event.
