Scottish Renewables and the EICC place the health, safety and wellbeing of guests as our top priority. Pandemic guidelines are changing frequently and we are working closely with the venue and our suppliers to comply with the most up-to-date government regulations. We will continue to review these guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests is at the heart of our planning and decision-making.

Guests of this event must be able to show they have been fully vaccinated (unless exempt) to gain entry. This is a venue requirement and vaccine passports will be checked upon arrival. Guests unable to show their vaccine passport will not be granted access to the venue.

You can access your COVID-19 vaccine status through the free NHS Scotland Covid Check app on a mobile device, for example, a smartphone. If you were vaccinated in England or internationally, please visit The Scottish Government website.

If you are exempt, please bring proof of exemption as this will be asked for.
Please note a negative lateral flow test is not an accepted substitute for a vaccine passport, but we do strongly encourage all guests to undertake a lateral flow test before attending the event.

Face masks are required to be worn throughout the venue, unless you are drinking or eating, and of course, if you are exempt.

Our Chief Executive, Claire Mack, recently caught up with Marshall Dallas, Chief Executive of the Edinburgh International Conference Centre, to hear more about the safety measures implemented at this year’s Scottish Green Energy Awards to keep guests safe. Watch the video on the homepage

e-Tickets were issued to table hosts w/c 15 November. Please get in touch as soon as possible if you did not receive yours, although please contact your table host in the first instance. All guests of your table must present the official event e-ticket on a mobile device or in print in order to gain access to the EICC. Guests without an official e-ticket will have to be verified by the table host before being granted entry. Failure to do so may result in no entry for security reasons.

Scottish Renewables is delighted to welcome Jo Caulfield to host the awards for a third year.

Jo is one of the most successful and instantly recognisable comedians in the UK. Nominated as "Funniest Woman" (LAFTA Awards), "Best Female Stand-Up" (Chortle Awards) and one of "The 100 Greatest Stand-Ups" (Channel 4).

The Guardian calls her “Scathing and intelligent with masses of attitude", The Observer advocates "Jo Caulfield is an inspiration to all would-be female comedians". A regular on "Mock The Week" and “Have I Got News For You”, Jo is star of her own critically acclaimed Radio 4 comedy show “It’s That Jo Caulfield Again”.

A sustainable, locally-sourced three-course menu designed by Leith’s at the EICC is as follows:

Spiced Roast Pumpkin, Hummus, Pickled Grapes, Burnt Leek Oil and Rocket (VG, GF, NF)
Braised Breast of Scottish Chicken, Potato Terrine, Artichoke Creamed Barley with Arran Mustard, Root Vegetables with Jura Peppercorn Sauce (NF), or
