Scottish Renewables letter to National Grid CMP192

On Monday 21 October, Scottish Renewables submitted a response to the National Grid consultation 'CMP192 Arrangements for Enduring Generation User Commitment'. The central point within this response revolved around Scottish Renewables support for a 50% sharing factor for local works.
