Scottish Renewables briefing on the Renewables Obligation Banding Review (ROO) 2011

On October 20 2011, the Department of Energy and Climate Change published the Renewables Obligation Banding Review, applicable to England and Wales and effective between 2013 and 2017. This is not eligible in Scotland, however, it does give an indication of where Scottish ROC levels will be derived from. Scottish Renewables shall provide members with a further briefing upon publication of the Renewables Obligation (Scotland) Banding Review. Publication is anticipated for the end of this week.
