Bill Fowler, Head of Renewables at Semple Fraser and a member of the Scottish Renewables Heat Work Group, will provide an overview of the DECC Strategic Framework for low carbon heat in the UK focusing on developing heat networks.

Semple Fraser will then facilitate discussion regarding the delivery and implementation of heat networks in Scotland.
