Stand includes:
3m wide x 2m deep shell scheme, 1 round table, 2 chairs, acess to one power socket and a printed name board.
All exhibitors are entitled to: 2 'all-access exhibitor passes' including refreshment breaks, lunches and full access to the conference proceedings, 1 x 50 word company description, logo and contact info in the Conference Programme (deadline 13 March 2012), a direct link from the exhibitor list to the appropriate company website and the opportunity to present in our ‘Exhibitor Showcase’.
Exhibition Showcase
This fantastic new feature will offer you the opportunity to showcase an element of your organisation, for example, a new product, recent project findings or services, to a focused group of attendees.
The space will be equipped with a projector, lectern, microphone and PA system to ensure your presentation is clearly delivered and to permit you to present PowerPoint, images or video alongside your speech. In addition, theatre style seating will be available for up to 40 delegates to ensure their comfort during your presentation.
Once you book your exhibition package, the instructions and timetable for this exclusive feature will be forwarded to you, so that you can choose your time slot (5, 10 & 15 minute slots available).
