ATM
There is a cash machine located at the EICC. There are also a number of ATM’s within walking distance of the venue located on Lothian road
Badges
Delegate, Speaker and Exhibitor name badges (listing your name and organisation) can be collected from the appropriate registration desk in Strathblane hall from 08.30 on 27 & 28 March 2012 and must be worn at all times whilst on the premises. Badges will not be posted to you prior to the event
Cloakroom
There is a complimentary cloakroom available in the registration area (Strathblane Hall) on your left as you enter the building via the main doors

Delegate Registration
This is a paid event; simply register online. Once you register an automated confirmation e-mail of your booking will be sent to you; a week before the event a “See you soon” mailing will be sent to you by our Events Manager. You do not need to bring any confirmation e-mails with you on the day of the event; simply head to the registration desk and state your name and organisation and a member of registration staff will administer your badge and conference pack. If for any reason your booking does not appear on the registration list, we will simply ask you to complete a ‘Late Registration’ form on the day. Please note, delegate badges will not be sent to you prior to the event
Dietary requirements
There will be a vegetarian option available at the conference buffet lunches. If you have registered for the annual dinner, please e-mail Olivia with your specific dietary requirements (deadline 15 March)
Dinner

Drinks reception
There will be a complimentary networking drinks reception in the Exhibition arena (Cromdale Hall) on Day 1 of the conference (27 March 2012) between 17.00 - 18.30. Wines, beers and orange juice will be served

Exhibition Showcase
This fantastic new feature will offer our delegates the opportunity to hear about our exhibitors new products, recent project findings or services. This will take place within the Exhibition arena (Cromdale Hall) and the timetable for this showcase series will be printed in your conference programme

There will be helpdesks located at the registration area (Strathblane Hall) and at the entrance of the Exhibition arena (Cromdale Hall) during the conference. If you have any queries or concerns, please report to your nearest facility where a member of staff will help you

Late Registrations
You can register online for this event until the 27 March 2012, however, delegate lists are often printed 7 days prior to the event, therefore the names of late registrations may not appear on this list
If you register at the event itself, you will be asked to complete a ‘Late Registration’ form. This form will capture your information and confirm that you understand the associated attendance. We will then create a name badge for you and give you a conference pack

Refreshments
Each day teas, coffees and sweet snacks will be served during registration, mid-morning and mid-afternoon breaks, and a two-course finger buffet lunch will be provided from within The Cromdale Hall (Exhibition arena). These refreshments will be provided by the award winning catering company Leiths

Travel
- Bus
Visit Traveline Scotland for all local and national public transport timetables and journey planning information. Lothian Buses operates the majority of bus services in Edinburgh and also operates Night Bus routes giving 24-hour service provision to many parts of the city
- Car
There are many car parks in close walking distance to the EICC, however car parking in the area is expensive. Public transport to the EICC is recommended
- Plane
Edinburgh Airport is approximately 6 miles from the EICC. The Flybybus service from the airport operates a 24 hour service into the city or you can take a taxi for around £20.00
- Taxi
There are a number of taxi companies in Edinburgh, two of the largest are Central Radio Cabs - T. 0131 229 2468 or City Cabs - T. 0131 228 1211
- Train
The mainline rail network serves the centre of Edinburgh via two railway stations. The EICC is only a short taxi ride (5-10 mins) from Edinburgh Waverley (main station) and a 5 minute walk from Haymarket Station at the west end of the city. See National Rail | T. 0845 748 4950
