Scottish Renewables is the voice of renewable energy in Scotland and is committed to realising the full economic, social and environmental benefits of renewable energy for our country.  

We believe that both Scotland and the UK benefit from a strong renewable energy sector in Scotland that delivers jobs and investment, while cutting our carbon emissions and securing our energy supplies.  

Representing more than 300 member organisations, we aim to lead and inform the debate on how the growth of renewable energy can help sustainably heat and power Scotland’s homes and businesses.



We are dedicated to working closely with members from each sector to ensure that our work is driven by member priorities. This important interaction creates the building blocks for our conference programmes, member activities, research and communications.
